Elevator Pitch
Hi, I’m Matt Beamish, and I’m launching Albany Makerspace—a community hub where creativity, education, and sustainability come together. Think of it as a shared workshop with cutting-edge tools like 3D printers, laser cutters, and CNC machines, paired with hands-on training in STEM, the arts, and upcycling.
We’re filling a gap in Albany by giving students, hobbyists, and small-business owners access to the space, skills, and technology they need to bring their ideas to life. More than just a workshop, it’s a place for collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation.
